Description

This is a solid hand cast resin miniature of the famous Younger Memnon (Ramesses II) statue as seen in the British Museum and made famous by Shelley’s poem Ozymandias.

The statue is depicted as it is now in the British Museum. The Hieroglyphics on the back of the statue are accurate.

It is a 28mm scale model and its dimensions are 30mm x 25mm x 52mm

As this is hand cast resin, there may be some cleaning and preparation work may be needed to the model before painting. eg removal of mould lines, filling in of bite marks, boil removal, sanding etc
